Just sent off my book report on "The Servant," by James C. Hunter. I really enjoyed reading this book. It both affirmed some of the things I'm already doing and challenged me to grow in other areas.I think the principles in this book are so vital to effective Biblical leadership that I'm considering making it required reading for staff in my department who are moving into leadership roles.
